Social media content for dance studios, so you never stare at a blank caption again

You know you should post. You open Instagram, and nothing comes. Content is the one that fixes that: 20 or more post ideas a month with captions, hooks and the best time to put them up.

You do not need to be good with computers. Most of my studios aren't. I give you the words and tell you exactly where they go.

Your first month

Four weeks, four things. Your total time in this month is about 70 minutes.

Week 1

You fill in a quiz

10 minutes, about your studio, your classes and what you will and will not post. Then I go away and do the work.

Weeks 2 and 3

I review your social media

What you have posted, what performed, what flopped, your strongest formats and the gaps nobody has filled.

Week 3

We talk it through

A 45 minute call. I show you what I found and we agree the tone and the topics for your first calendar.

Week 4

Your first calendar lands

A full month of ideas, captions and formats, mapped to your term dates, delivered somewhere you can open on your phone.

What you'll be holding at the end of week 4

Not a strategy document nobody reads. Three specific things.

1. Your social media review

Plain English. What performed, what did not, your strongest formats, and the content gaps worth filling first.

  • Best posting window 6–8pm

  • ! Content gaps to fill 4 found

2. Your first monthly calendar

20 or more ideas. Each one has the concept, a caption, the format and the best time to post it.

Not sure Content is the right one?

If people near you do not know the studio exists yet, that is Found. If students come once and never come back, that is Email.

Questions about Content

Including all the words nobody explains properly.

Will I need to create the content, or do you do that too?

Yes, I can create the content. I will give you a list of images or videos I need with step-by-step instructions on how to capture them. You send them back to me and I make them into your final posts. All the thinking is done before you pick up your phone.

What if I do not post consistently?

That is the problem this is built for. The calendar is the plan, not a rulebook. Most studios who start with a month of ideas in front of them post far more than they did without one, even if they skip some. Plus you can save them for next month!

Who schedules and posts the social media content you make?

I do the making, you do the posting. I'll give you instructions what to put where, and you get to make the final call on when it goes online.

Do you write the captions fully?

Yes! So the more information you can give me in the onboarding, the better I can make the captions. You are responsible for doing the final post scheduling so you can tweak them before they are sent to the world.

What platforms does the calendar cover?

Instagram and Facebook as standard, since that is where studio audiences actually are. TikTok ideas are included where the format suits. Say so on the call if you want the balance shifted.

How do I tell you what my studio will and will not post?

The studio quiz in week 1 asks directly, and the week 3 call covers it properly. Anything you rule out stays ruled out. It goes in your brief so it does not come back.
